You might be here if…
When your mind feels like the problem
Anxiety, depression, and OCD often look fine from the outside. You keep showing up, but it takes everything you have. Together we make sense of what’s happening and build a calmer, steadier way of living with your own mind.
You replay conversations, worry about worst cases, or feel on edge even when nothing is wrong.
You’ve lost interest in things you used to enjoy, and getting through the day feels heavy.
Intrusive thoughts or the urge to check, fix, or seek reassurance are taking up more and more of your time.
How therapy helps
What we work on together
Quiet the anxiety
Using CBT and ACT, we learn to notice anxious thought loops and respond to them differently.
Lift the heaviness
We gently rebuild routines, energy, and connection, one small step at a time, so life starts to feel like yours again.
Break the OCD cycle
With exposure and response prevention, we loosen the grip of intrusive thoughts and the rituals that follow them.
Be kinder to yourself
We soften the harsh inner critic that often fuels anxiety and low mood, and practice self-compassion instead.
Common questions
Anxiety, depression & OCD therapy, answered
Do I need a diagnosis to start therapy?
No. Many people come in simply knowing something feels off. We’ll figure out what’s going on together.
Do you offer telehealth?
Yes. Sessions are available in person at my Dallas office on Greenville Ave, or by secure telehealth anywhere in Texas.
How do I know if it’s OCD or anxiety?
OCD involves unwanted, intrusive thoughts paired with rituals, checking, or reassurance-seeking to ease the distress. Anxiety is a broader worry. Many people have both, and we sort it out together early on.
