I am passionate about working with adolescents in their critical teenage years as they ask themselves, “who am I?” and “who do I want to become?” This season of life is full of ups and downs and confusion, and I strive to give teens a safe space to process all of these conflicting emotions. Throughout this process, I also work closely with you, the parents, as we are all on the same team encouraging and advocating for your child.

I also have had much experience working with individuals and couples as they process and overcome different life transitions, relationship and attachment issues, coping with family conflict, anxiety, depression and issues with faith and spirituality.

Weather permitting, you have the option of having your session outdoors at White Rock Lake or at another agreed upon location if scheduling allows. *Only available after your first session and in specific time slots
